About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our established Integrated Community

Stroke Service to deliver rehabilitation into various community settings. The role of Therapy Assistant Practitioner

inthe Multidisciplinary Community Stroke Team would be toprovide high quality holistic, evidence based care to patients

/ service users that is responsive, effective and efficient. You would work with Occupational Therapists,

Physiotherapists, Speech and Language therapists, Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Practitioners and Rehab Support

Workers.
