About the Role
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. This
role will also play a key part in the MDT meetings to ensure the smooth coordination of pathways and effective
communication within the wider services. You will be based in Glangwili Hospital, with your own workspace, within a
