ICRAS (Integrated Reablement and Assessment Service) within Southport & Formby is a unique service providing a rapid

responsive approach to support hospital admission avoidance and early hospital discharges from a care transfer hub

persepective.

We’re looking for therapy assistants to join our multidisciplinary teams across Southport & Formby. If you’re motivated,
