Assistant Practitioner - Pharmacy Supervisor (XR04)

About the Role

Working under guidance of SOPs, ICH-GCP and COSHH, the main duties for staff working in this role are: To maintain an

assigned portfolio of studies within the designated clinical trials pharmacy (LGI, St James Hospital or Chapel Allerton

Hospital) including managing and responding to any pharmacy queries received for studies within the portfolio. To host

and support monitoring visits with external clinical research associates as requested by the Sponsor, ensuring that all

pharmacy activity is compliant with protocol requirements. Report back on findings to the pharmacy team To coordinate

the maintenance of all documentation required in pharmacy site files, including archiving arrangements. To act as a
