About the Role
The University of Bradford is seeking a part-time Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Life Sciences. This role involves delivering engaging training for foundation trainee pharmacists, supporting their development, and contributing to program improvement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face study days for trainee pharmacists.
- Support learner development through performance monitoring.
- Develop teaching materials and maintain learner records.
- Engage in academic activities aligned with university strategies.
- Manage workload effectively while contributing to program delivery.
Requirements
- GPhC-registered pharmacist with an MPharm or equivalent.
- Experience in pharmacy education at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Strong understanding of GPhC standards and training requirements.
- Excellent clinical knowledge with practical application.
- Independent prescribing qualification preferred or in progress.

Compensation
Salary ranges from £48,149 to £55,755 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
Location & Schedule
This part-time position is primarily based in York, with occasional travel required.
