Assistant Recovery Navigator

About the Role

To work collaboratively with people with long-term mental health and complex needs in our accommodation service (10

residents all together) To support people in a person-centred approach to gain the skills and confidence to live as

independently as possible in the community. To work within a multidisciplinary team (Psychologist, Occupational

Therapists, Community Nurses, Recovery Navigators, Assistant Recovery Navigators, Senior Recovery Navigators, Senior

Practitioners, Consultant Psychiatrist), delivering social and clinical interventions tailored to the individuals

cultural and social needs.
