Assistant Safeguarding Officer

About the Role

Ossett Academy is seeking to appoint an Assistant Safeguarding Officer to support the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer

to effectively manage and reduce the risk of harm for pupils.

The role will involve working with external agencies, colleagues within the academy, attending TAS meetings and ensuring

that all matters relating to safeguarding concerns are dealt with swiftly and appropriately in line with statutory and

Academy guidelines.

The successful applicant will be required to provide administrative support to the Safeguarding Team, arranging and
