About the Role

JOB OVERVIEW

The post holder plays a key role in delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction within the International &

Private Patient Service. As part of the customer care team, they will ensure a smooth and seamless patient journey by

liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including consultants, UK and international insurance companies, foreign

embassies, private hospitals, and diagnostic departments across the Trust.
