About the Role
Take the nursing, midwifery and AHP (NMAHP) lead in decision making, design, implementation, and adoption of the EPR and
associated systems and hardware that impact trust operations Jointly responsible with the CCIO, COIO and nursing
leadership for capture and realisation of the benefits of the programme for clinical staff Responsible for developing,
managing and tracking benefits in relation to nursing, midwifery and AHP workflows and staffing Serve as the strategic
digital voice for trust clinical practice and ensure the CNO and Directors of Nursing and midwifery are informed and
briefed on EPR and understand the impact at every stage of the programme Provide a clinical voice within the EPR
