About the Role

professional leadership to all nursing and other non-medical staff, promoting high standards of care and a responsive

workforce. To have oversight on the provision of assurance on risk management systems and processes within the

Directorate. To lead on CQC compliance for the Directorate. To work with the Operations Director on the development and

implementation of clinical quality strategic objectives, in line with the Trust wide quality objectives. To work with

the Trust complaints team and lead on the management of complaints within the Directorate. This will include ensuring
