About the Role

WHAT YOU'LL DOAs ADDN/P you will be a highly visible presence accountable to the director of nursing. Youll work to

ensure the provision of high quality, evidence based, responsive services that hold the needs of the patient at the

centre of care delivery.Your responsibilities will include: Provision of professional and managerial leadership across

the Division, focusing on Governance, Patient Safety, Safeguarding and Clinical Standards. Leading on developments and

innovation in nursing and practice standards linking with local and national agencies Being a highly visible presence,
