About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate General Manager for Urology and General Surgery on a fixed term

basis. This is a key leadership role within the Surgery and Cancer Division management structure, with responsibility

for the operational delivery and performance management of Urology and General Surgery services at Whipps Cross

Hospital.

The post holder will play a central role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe, and compassionate care, and in

driving operational excellence and service improvement across both specialties. You will work closely with Clinical
