About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored teaching activities for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with staff to design and manage programs.
• Handle administrative tasks for student support.
• Review and develop educational materials.
• Ensure a positive learning environment for all students.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people with communication difficulties.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Teaching qualification is desirable; willingness to obtain one is essential.
• Experience with a diverse range of learners.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation
