Associate Operations Manager
About the Role
As the AOM, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, key stakeholders and wider services. You will work
alongside the band 8 Service manager, the nursing team leads, the matrons and CGM as well as the clinical lead to
identify areas for growth and development, to establish, develop and support pathway development within the department
whilst continuing to ensure the effective capacity utilisation of the department day to day supporting the wider
clinical and admin teams. You will work alongside the teams to support delivery of wider departmental operational plans
