Associate Practitioner
About the Role
The Associate Practitioner has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan and across the field of surgical services,
providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The
Associate Practitioner works independently under the leadership of registered professionals, working within the sphere
of nursing and podiatric surgery. Associate Practitioners are equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills,
attitudes and behaviours relevant to employment as an Associate Practitioner and will work to the NMC Code and Standards
