Associate Principal Scientist, DMPK
About the Role
As an Associate Principal Scientist specializing in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) at Bicycle Therapeutics, you will lead critical projects in drug discovery. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative bicyclic peptide therapeutics, coordinating experiments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate DMPK experiments with CROs, managing budgets effectively.
- Design screening cascades to optimize pharmacokinetic properties.
- Review and report DMPK data for drug discovery projects.
- Integrate data to inform bicyclic peptide distribution and metabolism.
- Present findings at multifunctional project team meetings.
Requirements
- Industry experience in drug metabolism or pharmacology.
- In-depth understanding of DMPK science and ADME assays.
- Experience in pharmacokinetic data analysis software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in drug discovery projects.
