Attendance Support Worker

About the Role

Grace Academy aims to enable all students to make as much progress as possible and to develop as confident,

well-educated and happy young people and we recognise the integral role that good attendance plays in this. We are

seeking to appoint a confident, organised and caring person to support and work with our students and families to

improve student attendance through proactive welfare support, addressing barriers to school attendance and engagement.

The role will require someone who will also be able to provide administration support to the Attendance team as

required. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and will have had experience of working with
