About the Role
To provide clerical and administrative support to the medical and secretarial team within Paediatrics. The role requires
competency in general admin, keyboard skills, good communication and an ability to work well within a team. An ability
to understand the need for and to maintain confidentiality is essential.
1. Transcription and production from winscribe of dictated documents which may include outpatient reports, discharge
summaries and other relevant clinical and non-clinical correspondence.
2. Process case notes for patients seen in clinic, track into relevant office or back to file using relevant systems, ie
