About the Role
The Autism/ADHD Assessor will conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people, ensuring timely and accurate diagnoses. You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face structured observations.
- Perform remote developmental history interviews via Zoom.
- Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions.
- Deliver compassionate feedback to families.
- Produce accurate clinical reports using AI-assisted tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC, or Social Work England.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD.
- Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
- Effective time management and caseload organization skills.
- Well-developed communication skills with families.
