About the Role

The Autism/ADHD Assessor will conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people, ensuring timely and accurate diagnoses. You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face structured observations.
  • Perform remote developmental history interviews via Zoom.
  • Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions.
  • Deliver compassionate feedback to families.
  • Produce accurate clinical reports using AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC, or Social Work England.
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD.
  • Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
  • Effective time management and caseload organization skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills with families.
