About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, committed and compassionate Autism and Learning Disability Keyworker to join our

innovative Neurodiversity Multi‑Disciplinary Team at Portsmouth City Council.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of neurodiversity support, shaping services and improving

outcomes for children and young people who may be at risk of crisis, mental health hospital admission, or residential

placement.
