About the Role

Do you have a strong passion for Autism? Are you a proactive individual keen to identify new opportunities to support.

Or maybe you have experience of supporting those with barriers and would like to join a fast growing charity who

specialise in Autism support? The charity delivers employment and in work support to individuals with Autism to support

them in securing employment. You will be supporting neurodivergent individuals, many of whom haven’t previously worked

before so will need support creating CVs and building confidence. You meet individuals in the community across Rotherham

so driving is essential for the role. You will be responsible for Building relationships in the community and boosting
