Autism Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time 1:1 Support Teaching Assistant to work with a student with autism in a supportive and

well-established school setting.This role is about providing consistent, practical support to help one pupil engage with

learning, manage routines, and feel secure throughout the school day.The role will involve: Providing 1:1 support for a

student with autism in the classroom and around the school Helping the pupil access learning in a way that works for

them Supporting communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation Working closely with class teachers and the SEND team

Maintaining a calm, structured, and predictable approach We are looking for someone who: Has experience supporting
