Autism Support Worker (School based)

About the Role

Leader Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Worker to join a welcoming

school in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and

young people supporting them to reach their full potential in an inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time

role, Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with autism

and additional needs. Assist in implementing individual education and behaviour plans. Support students’ social,

emotional and academic development. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to ensure consistent and effective
