About the Role
Autism Support Worker - School Based (Young People) Location: Durham Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
Milk Education is working with a large SEND specialist provision in the central Durham area to recruit Autism Support
Workers who genuinely want to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with complex SEND
needs. This role focuses on providing support for learners with Autism & ADHD, as well as a range of other learning
disabilities, including students who are non-verbal or have significant communication needs. This role is suited to
individuals who are patient, calm and confident in supporting students who require structured routines, clear
