AV and IT Helpdesk Officer £25,660 - £29,415 per annum (depending on experience) A minimum of 37.5 hours per week
Permanent About the Role • Work in partnership with academic departments and professional services to deliver
consistently high-quality AV and IT support service to students and staff • Provide a customer-focused, approachable and
responsive helpdesk service, ensuring a positive user experience across all interactions • Take a proactive role in the
maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of AV and IT systems • Deliver timely and effective reactive support,
diagnosing and resolving technical issues as they arise • Actively contribute as a key member of the AV and IT support
