1. JOB DETAILS Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse Band: Band 6 Locality: Mental Health & Wellbeing services Base:
Various Responsible to: Team Manager 2. JOB PURPOSE This role sits operationally within the Mental Health and Wellbeing
Services operational directorate along with mental health community and inpatient services. The service works in close
collaboration with other agencies. The post holder is accountable to the Team Manager. The post holder will work closely
with the GP in the service and the ED-ITT Manager & EDS team. The post holder will need to work with primary care where
required to support the delivery of physical health interventions and recovery. The post holder will also need to build
