Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily nursery room operations.
• Organise staff rotas for adequate coverage.
• Implement the EYFS framework effectively.
• Promote children's independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Support children with additional needs.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of nursery or childcare experience.
• Level 3 qualification in childcare.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
