About the Role
Baby Room Leader (Level 3) – Up to £28,000
The Baby Room Leader is responsible for the daily running of the baby room, including ratios, routines, planning, and
staff direction. Most of the role is spent working directly with babies while overseeing practice and standards within
the room. Decisions about care, routines, and priorities sit with the Room Leader and are made throughout the day.
