About the Role
Zero2Five are proud to be partnering with a quality nursery setting in Richmond who are looking for a passionate Baby
Room Leader to join their experienced team in delivering high standards of care, education and supporting both
children’s development and the professional growth of the staff team This exciting position is contracted over a period
of 9-12 months working with the highly qualified and skilled team, with potential for this role too become permanent!
Key Responsibilities Over 2 years of experience working in nursery or childcare environments Holds a Level 3
qualification in childcare Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework, with the ability to create engaging learning
