About the Role

A few examples of Healthcare support worker duties expected are as follows: Personal care delivery, including, washing,

personal hygiene, dressing and feeding. Ensuring physical and emotional needs of residents are met. Engaging with

activities, in and out of Birch Avenue to ensure emotional wellbeing is maintained for our residents, including

involving their families and loved ones. Developing positive relationships with resident, relatives, and staff,

maintaining dignity and respect of all. To document all care delivered as part of shift and work alongside colleagues as

key worker for identified residents. To engage with and support relatives of relatives who are allocated within
