About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Activity Worker working within female Acute Inpatient Services. The post is

based at Larimar ward . The successful candidate will provide a range of social/recreational/leisure activities for

individual and groups of service users who experience mental health difficulties. You will work very closely with the

Occupational Therapy team and have the opportunity to contribute to assessments and interventions, through community

activities and social interaction. You will be expected to facilitate and participate in planned and ad hoc group work

and individual activities with service users, in addition to this you will be required to motivate and negotiate with
