Administrative & Clerical Officers provide an administrative service and support across a variety of settings within the
Trust. The post holder will work as an integral member of a team and will be expected to respond to queries, manage
their own workload, meet deadlines, and problem-solve using their own initiative. The role may involve acting as a first
point of contact for patients. The post holder must communicate with clarity and empathy, taking into account individual
patient needs at all times. Team working is essential. The post holder will liaise closely with colleagues within their
