Vanrath are recruiting for a Band 3 Adult Support Worker on behalf of a large public sector company in Downpatrick on an

next employer The Support Worker will be a member of the Day Centre Team providing Day Opportunities to Adults with
learning Disability using a person-centred approach. The Support Worker will primarily communicate with each service
user using strategies identified by Speech and Language Therapy and the Behaviour Support Team. The Support Worker will
provide personal care and manage challenging behaviour when required. Staff within the Day Centre are expected at all
