About the Role

Our receptionists and ward clerks are key to the service we provide to children and families attending Sophie's Place

and Northbrook ward. They are often the first people families meet: giving a friendly and professional greeting,

checking them in for their appointment and answering any queries or questions they may have. Our team work closely with

our nursing and medical teams to ensure that patients have the care they require and that our outpatients clinics run

smoothly
