About the Role

Are you a support worker with experience looking for a new challenge within a community based mental health team? We are

looking for people with the right values, skills and/or potential to join us. We are an exciting dynamic team that looks

to improve and provide mental health services for the young people we support who aged between 18-25 years old who are

in a mental health crisis.

Our unique service supports a variety of young people that have deteriorated into a mental health crisis that puts them

at risk of being admitted to a mental health hospital. As part of the Crisis Home Treatment Team you will support young
