About the Role

The Learning Disability team offer interventions to support children and young people aged 0-19 who have a diagnosis of
a moderate to profound learning disability and an additional need of a mental illness or behaviours that are challenging
to manage.
The team provides behavioural interventions collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and local services, to
help children and young people to experience the best lives that they can.
