About the Role

The successful applicant will: Possess a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Have experience of dealing

with members of the public and working in a clinic/home environment. Show commitment to team working. In addition you

need to be able to work both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. You will have excellent

communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of a diverse population.
