About the Role

A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

To assist in the provision of quality evidence based nursing advice support and care under the guidance of a qualified

nurse for service users with health and social care needs, and their carers within a multidisciplinary setting under

circumstances of minimal supervision.

• To assist qualified nurses in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the evidence based care

required, including health promotion for a named service user/group.
