About the Role

Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the guidance of the qualified

nurse and to have a working knowledge of local, national policies and legislation which govern current service

provision. To assist in the development and provision of social/therapeutic activities for service users and the

promotion of effective therapeutic relationships, which meet and address the issues of spirituality, equality and

diversity in accordance with good practice and legislation. The post holder will ensure effective communication pathways
