About the Role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a well motivated, kind and caring individual to join a well established,
nationally recognised Same Day Emergency Care clinic.
RACE Clinic is an SDEC clinic which supports older patients to be assessed, diagnosed and managed/discharged the same
day without the need for a lengthy hospital admission. Referrals are taken from the emergency department and community
services including GPs with older patients presenting with a variety of clinical medical conditions.
We are looking for a dedicated band 3 nurse to join our team, to support patients through this process through direct
