About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Patient Pathway Administrator to join our
Children’s Community Nursing Team (CCNT), supporting children and young people across Redbridge. This newly developed
collaborative service operates within the Children’s Directorate, working closely alongside the Children’s Community
Nursing Services in Barking and Havering to deliver high-quality, family-centred care.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CCNT, including managing referrals,
communicating with families, booking appointments via electronic patient records, and arranging supplies and equipment
