The National Amyloidosis Centre (NAC) is funded centrally by NHS England to provide the UK service for the diagnosis and

management of the whole national caseload of patients with amyloidosis.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team the post holder will contribute to the delivery of patients’ individual care

under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

This post will be fixed term/secondment for 12 months covering maternity leave.
