About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist in providing a high quality reception service at Northcroft. The post
holder will act as a first point of contact for all visitors and callers to Northcroft. The post holder will liaise
professionally at all times with visitors, patients, medical, nursing, clinical support, clerical and secretarial staff.
Previous experience of working in a reception role is required, as well as a level 2 administration/customer care
qualification. You must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to work alone
