About the Role
The post holder will utilise skills of clinical expertise, leadership, education, and management to ensure a seamless
service for patients, carers, and staff. The post holder will provide advice, support, and information and will work
closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated quality service. The post holder will be actively
involved in ensuring a high-quality safe service for patient and staff leading on audit and research as appropriate. The
skills and quality for the this role also includes:
Ability to negotiate effectively with different disciplines and all grades of staff.
