facilitator. This role is designed to support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate care by facilitating
the education, development, and training of a range of learners in clinical practice.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Lead Clinical Educator Nurse and wider management team,
acting as a role model and providing coaching and support to staff across various clinical areas.
