About the Role
Contract : Secondment: 5 months: Monday- Friday - 37.5 hours per week
The post holder will work closely with the Cancer Manager/Head of Performance and will lead on a number of key service
delivery areas within Cancer. The post holder will be expected to exercise initiative, prioritise conflicting work
demands and communicate effectively with the operational team, as well as internal and external departments, to ensure
we continue to achieve excellence in patient care. This requires the ability to achieve objectives by influence and
persuasion.
