About the Role

Clinical Responsibilities- Provide perinatal support to antenatal and postnatal mothers in the community, promoting and

modeling a high standard of care at all times within the birth-to-five framework.- Participate in the assessment of

needs, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs for mothers and their babies.- Maintain confidentiality

and adhere to local policies at all times, in line with Trust policy. Ante-natal Preparation- Provide practical and

emotional support to help mothers prepare for the transition to parenthood.- Support partners, siblings, and wider

family members prior to the babys arrival.- Enhance the attachment and bonding process during pregnancy using current
