About the Role

Would you be interested in a career within the NHS as a Band 4 Nursing Associate, part or full time, in the community

nursing team? Are you passionate about providing a patient centered support service and want to deliver excellent and

compassionate care to people over the age of 18 that live in Bedfordshire?

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic person who has excellent communication, IT literate and problem

solving skills alongside a passion for patient centered care. You will work corporately within our Primary Care Team and

will be supporting the Community Nurses in Bedford and the wider MDT to with provide high quality care to housebound
