Enhanced RECONNECT Service, a pioneering NHS England initiative.

ER is a national pilot designed to support individuals leaving prison who have complex health needs and are at high risk

of reoffending. These individuals may have convictions for serious offences, including violent or terrorism-related

crimes. Our mission is to reduce risk and promote recovery through a coordinated, partnership approach involving health
