About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, compassionate Support, Time and Recovery Worker to be part of
the delivery of this discharge pathway pilot. You will work with a team of professionals to develop a community forensic
step-down accommodation for women being discharged from secure care.
The Pilot aims to extend the inpatient treatment model (the SCALE model within the Women’s Secure Blended Service
(WSBS)) into a community residential setting, to promote recovery beyond discharge and reduce the need for future
admission. The project has funding for a 2-year period. In summary to encourage, inspire, motivate and assist clients,
